Charlotte has been certified as a Reiki Master since 2017. She offers one hour sessions infused with red and blue light therapy. A UCLA study showed benefits in pain management. While the Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Institute has accredited Reiki with having possible benefits including reduction in stress & anxiety levels, increased energy levels, relaxation, and an increased sense of well-being.
